In the Customize Quick Access Toolbar pane of the Options window, select Choose Commands From and then select All Commands.

Scroll down through the commands listed in the Command pane and select Form.

Click the Add button to add the Form command to the Quick Access Toolbar. Then click OK to return to the Excel window.

Now you can open the form as needed when you are working with a table. Click in a record (a row in a table) and then click the Form command on the Quick Access Toolbar. The record opens in the Form window. You can edit a record or delete a record from the Form window. You can also enter new records to the table by selecting New. The new record is inserted at the bottom of the table.

If you want to find a particular record or records, click the Criteria button. Enter criteria in a field or fields and then click the Find Next button. The first record that meets your criteria is shown in the Form window. You can click the Find Next button to move to the next record that matches your criteria. When you have finished working with the form, select Close.
